Your mission with us
Your tasks
- You will be responsible for data collection, cleaning and validation as an integral part of your area of responsibility.
- You will coordinate the review of clinical study data quality, conduct regular data reviews, document findings and support the timely resolution of discrepancies with study sites and CROs.
- You will coordinate the selection of and collaboration with data management service providers (CROs). You will participate in project and vendor meetings, prepare relevant information and follow up on agreed actions.
- Your focus will be on the joint development and execution of data management and data validation plans.
- You will oversee the programming of the data entry system, including IRT, eCOA and ePRO systems, as well as questionnaire licensing. You will conduct user acceptance testing and support the preparation of the related documentation.
- You will process database and study data requests, prepare analyses to answer scientific questions and present your findings to the team.
- You will support the preparation of data cleaning activities, database lock and the archiving of study data.
- You will support the creation of work instructions, checklists and other documents relating to Clinical Data Management.
Requirements
- You have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in medicine, natural sciences, pharmacy, biostatistics, data science or a comparable field.
- Ideally, you have previous experience in clinical research and working with eCRF, eDiary and IRT systems.
- You have an in-depth understanding of programming for data analysis using R, Python or SAS, and are proficient in working with Excel.
- You have experience coordinating service providers and managing projects.
- You are characterized by a strong attention to detail and excellent analytical thinking.
- You work precisely and demonstrate a high level of determination.
- You are able to organize yourself effectively and work with limited supervision.
- You are confident in presenting your own topics to senior executives.
- You have business-fluent English skills (at least C1 level) and advanced German skills (at least B2 level).
